Gee Bob you must be replacing Rush. All these Biden supporters regurgitating the crap the MSM puts out. The nitwit who cites polls must have missed the polls going in to 2016. Why were the pols in 2020 any more accurate? They were not. Another careful reader says "no evidence" Who do I believe, the massed voices of the MSM and their useful idiots? or what I heard and what I saw? SCOTUS is reviewing the fraud claims although why they waited until this late date is a mystery. Where the lower courts declined to hear cases they did so on procedural grounds, they did not consider the evidence.

Come on if you want a discussion, get some readers who read and observe. And by the way, spare us the"I'm a Republican but" I'm a lifelong Republican and ".

Biden supporter, moderate politically. Biden won, no question about it. Trump had low approval ratings throughout his term, and unless all the public support poll were wrong through the entire term the election was in line with the polling. It probably would have been a Democratic landslide but for the race riots and noisy radicals calling for defunding police, etc. As far as the fairness of the election, the people who actually worked on the elections (Dems and Republicans) said it was fair. A conspiracy so immense would have left visible footprints of widespread wrongdoing. It just isn't there.

There will always be a certain number of illegal votes: felons still on probation, etc. However these are few and far between, and certainly not enough to sway any results except the extremely close races down ticket. And they tend to go both ways, not in favor of one candidate exclusively.

Biden won. I’m a life long Republican. But I don’t see evidence that there was widespread and systemic fraud. I believe there was likely pockets of fraud but that is not unique to this election. I waited to reach this conclusion because I’ve seen the media jump to conclusions and in doing so they have, in my estimation, been wrong at least as much as they have been right. And much of the media has a strong bias - they write what they want to be true rather than what is true. I also waited because wider mail in voting creates a greater opportunity for fraud. I understand black swan events exist. At this point I will need overwhelming evidence of fraud to change my mind. A smoking gun, so to speak.

What is the evidence that Trump won? There doesn't seem to be any except for Trump's claim. The Republican attorneys general from the battleground states have certified Biden, and no court has seen evidence that would make it want to hear the case. And of course Republicans gained seats in the House. That, to me, seems unlikely if the Dems were fixing the election.

Biden won. After the past 2 months, and frightfully in the past week, we should all be thankful of that outcome. Trump was a disaster from day one, and the Republican party is responsible as an accessory to the crime. We will be lucky if we can repair the damage over the next 4 years. We have managed in 4 years to completely embarrass ourselves to the entire world. Nations are no different than people, you can spend a lifetime building your credibility and integrity, and in a moment of poor choice, (e.g., last 4 years) damage it to its very core.

Stolen election, oh please give it a rest. People need to spend a little time at a typical polling place. The good folks that staff these polling places are your basic flat footed good Americans. To conjure up some theory that anyone could organize a heist of millions of votes needs to back away from their sound bite TV news, ignore the rambling talking heads, podcasts, Twitter and heaven help you - Facebook. Ignorance got us Trump.....and we need to learn our lesson.

If the events of January 6th don't shake us to our last nerve, we need to take a hard look in the mirror. When the fools and ignorant people rise to the forefront and dominate the story, there needs to be a swift accounting for misbehavior and a reversal in direction. Our system of government is not perfect, but it has worked and with a concerned citizenry it will continue to meet the challenges. January 20th cannot come fast enough.

Biden won. Two items confirm this for me: record turnout in Democratic urban strongholds matched with Democrat's lowly 6% approval ratings for Trump overcame the dedicated rural voters in swing states who stuck with Trump. Absent the GOP's effort to accuse Democrats of "Defunding the police", it is likely that the down ticket races would have tilted towards the Democrats, too. Most of the "voting irregularities" were accommodations for COVID, not stealing, and were approved by Republicans. DeJoy's efforts to slow the Postal Service was an attempt to suppress the vote. Former independent who leaned Democrat.

I’m going to just +1 Larry’s response (2 down sorting by new). This represents my view and he said better than I could have.

I am registered Republican - voted for Biden as Trump was too divisive - although I think Trump would be better for the economy. I believe Biden won. A friend (probably middle of the road politically) read most of the lawsuits - in his opinion, they were total fiction - no basis in fact - however he did say if Trump had any argument, it might be with the state voter registration process - other than that - he felt the votes were counted correctly. I agree.

I believe Biden won. However, I have watched some videos of testimony regarding alleged shenanigans and think it possible that not everything was 100% kosher. I would like someone to objectively gather and describe specific allegations and evidence thereof and detailed responses to the specific allegations.

I think that in the execution of any large, national process involving thousands of people perfection is unlikely. Besides human error, even some malfeasance may be inevitable. Just the law of large numbers.

I believe that with all the scrutiny going in, the overall result was likely correct. To be convinced otherwise, I'd need to see large numbers of likely wrong votes associated with effectively proven errors or malfeasance -- I'd need to understand the impact, not the mere existence. It seems to me that too many Biden supporters implicitly claim a perfect process, and too many Trump supporters claim that any lack of process perfection implies that Trump won, and that they're both likely wrong.

Biden Supporter - Biden won - Support of Republican Secretaries of State in GA, AZ, PA made it clear to me that there was almost no chance of widespread impropriety.

Biden-Harris won the election. To change my mind, I would need to see credible investigative journalism documenting fraud by the Democrats.

Biden-Harris won the election. To change my opinion I’d need to see credible objections from count observers, election officials, at state Secretary of State, a judge’s decision or something. I couldn’t keep track of all of the theories concerning fraud. Disputing them in detail would be an actual job, but there are folks with that job from both parties. They didn’t find anything wrong. We have to trust the process.

It’s important to note that anytime you do something 150 million times things will go wrong. There will be isolated instances of fraud, more than a few mistakes, and a baseline of incompetence. None of these invalidate the process as a whole.

Hi Bob. I believe Joe Bide wom the majority of electoral votes. While state by election rules changed and allowed more mailin ballots and different methods of counting, it doesn't change the result. This was adjudicated. We move on.

I believe Biden-Harris won the election fair and square because over 60 suits challenging the legitimacy of the election were dismissed for lack of evidence.
