I’m pretty sure it’s not hierarchy, dogma, conformity or sycophancy. Those were the concepts that made the corporate world, at least in the US - it was more fun working in Sydney & London - unbearable. And made the need for freedom, independence and agency all the more necessary to save my existentialist self. Your email is my refresher course to that curriculum.
